Start by selecting the Programmes module on the left hand side of the admin area, and then select the Tennis Tuesdays programme.
Here you can view all your Tennis Tuesdays courses. The tabs at the top allow you to switch between Upcoming, In progress, Completed and Cancelled courses. To create a new course, select the ‘Add new course’ button.
The name and description fields are for your purposes only to allow you to distinguish between different courses you might be running.
The Confirmation field will allow you to give participants a personalised message on the booking confirmation page and within the confirmation email they receive.
Select a start date for the first session of you course using the date picker.
Within the session defaults section choose the session time, duration, capacity and cost. These will be applied to all the sessions in the course but you can edit them at session level if you need. Once add select the ‘Save’ button.
Now you need to add sessions to your course. Select ‘Add new session’.
Select ‘Add new session' to include as many sessions as you want your course to include. You can edit the session theme using the drop down on the right of the session date. You can come back later and add more sessions if you need. To finish select ‘Save sessions’.
