To use the LTA Check In app, you'll need to have created an LTA Big Tennis Weekend and/or an Open Day event within the Events Module of your Admin Area and have it saved/published.
You'll first need to login to the LTA Check In App; this will be the same login details that you use to access the LTA ClubSpark platform
Once logged in, it will display all the events (past and present) that you have hosted. You'll need to find the event that is currently happening and click on it.
Once you have clicked on your event, you'll be able to see a list of the main contact names of all the participants that have registered to attend your event. Here is where you'll be able to check them in.
Here is always where you'll be able to add walkups by clicking on the 'Add Walkup' button in the top right corner of your screen.
Once you have clicked on the 'Add Walkup' button, you'll be able to click the 'Lookup' button and search all of your venue's contact for an existing contact or enter the name and details of someone new/who isn't in your organisation's contacts/database.
Once you have entered the walkup attendee, you'll need to click the 'Done' button in the top right-hand corner where you'll be taken back to your register. This will also sync with your event in the LTA ClubSpark platform/Admin Area
