ClubSpark allows you to present up to four consents to your registered contacts. These consents will be asked the first time a contact registers with your venue.
The consents follow GDPR compliance and are 'Opt in'. Consents can be changed by the user on their own profile page. Click here for more details on how a user can change their consents.
To add consents, first head to your Profile module in the Admin Area and click on the blue 'manage consents' button as shown below:
On the next page, enter up to four consents for your contacts to agree by 'opt in'. Tick the box next to the consent number, enter an admin label and provide a description of what the consent is about:
Finally, click on the blue 'save consents' button at the bottom of the screen, when you have finished entering or editing your consents:
