Start by going to the Coaching module on the left hand side, selecting 'view programmes' and click onto the 'LTA Mini Tennis' category selecting the course you would like to add the booking to.
To add a new participant select ‘Add participant’.
You will first have to complete the parent/guardians details. If the parent/guardian is not one of your contacts you’ll need to complete all their contact details by selecting 'New contact'.
If the parent/guardian is one of your contacts select the ‘Existing’ radio button. From here you can use the contact field to search for one of your contacts by name. By typing the name in the box all matching contact records will be returned and you can select the relevant contact.
You should then add the junior players details or if the junior has previously been to one of your classes select the ‘Existing’ radio button.
Finally if you would like to send a confirmation email tick the 'Send confirmation email' box, before saving.
