This guide covers the steps to add participants to a Mini Tennis Coaching Course.
You can add participants to your Mini Tennis Course via the LTA Coaching App. However, you can also add a participant to a course via the Admin area.
You will first need to locate the course you are adding the participant to. You can go this by going to the Coaching Module and then into the programme where your course is.
From here you will need to click on the 'Add participant' button where you will be taken to the following page. You will first need to enter the Parent/Guardian details. If they are not already within your contacts, then you will need to enter them as a 'New contact'. If they are already within your contacts then click on 'Existing' and search for them this will prevent you duplicating them in the Contacts Module.
Once you have entered in the parent/guardian information you will then need to enter in the Junior Player's information. Again doing the same as above depending on whether they are a new or existing contact.
Finally, if you would like to send a confirmation email tick the 'Send confirmation email?' box, before clicking the blue 'Save' button.
The participant will now appear within the course/class register.
