You can add participants to your Mini Tennis course via the LTA Coaching App. However, you can also add a participant to a course via the admin area.
You will first need to locate the course you are adding the participant to.
From here you will need to click on the 'Add Participant' button where you will be taken to the following page. You will first need to enter the parent/main contact details. If they are not already within your Contacts, then you will need to enter them as a new contact. If they are already within your Contacts then click on 'Existing'.
Once you have entered in the parent/main contact's information you will then need to enter in the junior/player's information.
Finally, if you would like to send a confirmation email tick the 'Send confirmation email' box, before saving.
The participant will now appear within the course/class register.
