In the Contacts Module, the icon of the account type a user has registered with appears at the end of each contacts row, this is how the member/contact originally registered when they joined the platform.
They will need to use the same method when logging into the platform to book courts and coaching courses etc. If they don't they may not be recognised as a member and this can cause booking issues as they may be charged the non member price - this can be a common issue, but can be easily resolved by confirming the details they have used and getting them to sign out and use these.

The five methods are:
- Creating a ClubSpark login via an email and password
- LTA Credentials
- Facebook login
- Google account details
- Microsoft account details
If you click on the icon, it will show the username of the account (or email address), which you can give to the contact/member if they've forgotten which method they used to register their account.
