In the booking settings you have the option to add a booking confirmation, users will see this when they make a court booking.
Step 1:
Go to the Booking Module from the list of options on the left, within the Admin area. Click on the 'Settings' button in the top right.
Step 2:
Once in booking settings select 'Edit booking confirmation'.
Step 3:
Here you can describe what your users should do when they turn up to your venue or any other information that may be relevant to their booking such as a pin code they may need to access the courts.
Step 4:
Make sure you save any changes you make using the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page before you exit.
Please Note: The phone number and email that appear on the booking confirmation are pulled through from your profile module. These details can be changed by accessing the Venue Registration section of the LTA account, if you are a web admin at your venue. Alternatively please contact the LTA via their web contact form who will be able to make the changes for you, which will then pull through to ClubSpark.
