Within LTA Big Tennis Weekend and Open Day events, you have the ability to bulk import and add attendees. These will be attendees who are not signed up for an activity. To add attendees to an activity, please read this guide here.
In this guide, I will be importing/adding attendees to an Open Day, but the same steps will apply to LTA Big Tennis Weekend events.
Step 1:
Once you have created your event (LTA Big Tennis Weekend and/or Open Day), you'll see the following:
You'll need to click on the Attendees tab (highlighted in the image above)
Step 2:
Once you've clicked on that, you will see the following:
If you already have attendees signed up for your event, then they will also be listed here.
For 'Import Attendees' following from Step 3
For '+ Add Attendee' follow from Step 4
Step 3: Import Attendees
To import attendees, you will need to click on the 'Import Attendees' button where you'll be taken to the following page:
Here is where you'll be able to upload a file with all your attendee's information by clicking on the 'Choose File' button
Please Note: There is a template available for download for you to use which is also attached to this support guide at the end.
Once you have chosen your file, you'll need to click on the blue 'Import' button.
Step 4: + Add Attendee
You can also choose to manually add enter attendees individually. To do this, you'll need to click on the blue '+ Add Attendee' button where you will be taken to the following page:
Here you'll be able to enter a New Contact (someone who isn't already in your database) or an Existing Contact (someone who is already in your database. If they are part of a group of people and/or parent and child, then you can also add any additional attendees by clicking on the blue '+ Add Friend/Family Member To This Group' button.
Once you have added all the group members/relevant information for the attendee you are adding, you'll need to click the blue 'Save' button
Step 5:
Once you have imported/added your attendees, they will all be listed within the 'Attendees' tab:
