Important Notice: System Error Regarding Email Notifications
We are aware that notification emails have been sent to players and administrators in error. In an attempt to fix the issue of missing GoCardless email notifications, an error occurred which has sent emails to members that had previously canceled their GoCardless mandates. Our developers have been working through the night to find a resolution.
We are in communication with the venues affected. If you received an email last night from ClubSpark support, we will be in touch when we have an update on resolution. If you have not received an email and have players affected, please raise to support at suppport@clubspark.com listing the players affected to ensure we have covered all.

Out of Hours Emergency Support Contact: If you are a coach or administrator using the ClubSpark system and you are experiencing a serious fault or outage on the platform out of working hours, please email our emergency support email on emergency-response@clubspark.com. This email is monitored by a number of staff who will be able to investigate the issue and provide updates whilst it is being resolved. We will also ensure this page is updated if there are any known issues.
