On 4th February 2026, we were informed that there were issues with emails and bookings being made on the LTA platform. This was caused due to an unexpected surge in emails being sent from one of our providers, our system experienced a temporary outage yesterday (3/2/26) in the evening. While the system attempted to self-resolve, this unfortunately resulted in duplicate emails being sent to some of our users and a delay in the emails being sent.
It also had an impact on the payments being made for court bookings and course bookings.
The Current Status: RESOLVED
- Performance: We have scaled up our server capacity this morning to handle the backlog.
- Delivery: Emails are currently being processed and sent as normal.
- Duplicates: You may still receive a duplicate notification today as the queue clears if your emails were sent yesterday after 12pm.
- Logs: Our internal delivery logs are recovering and will be fully up to date shortly.

Out of Hours Emergency Support Contact: If you are a coach or administrator using the ClubSpark system and you are experiencing a serious fault or outage on the platform out of working hours, please email our emergency support email on emergency-response@clubspark.com. This email is monitored by a number of staff who will be able to investigate the issue and provide updates whilst it is being resolved. We will also ensure this page is updated if there are any known issues.

Providing as much detail as possible will ensure a quicker response.
Please include the date/time/user of the court booking that has failed, as they can check the logs for that time.
