Current Status: Working as Expected with issue for book on behalf of juniors on the mobile.

| The ability to Switch User is not functioning correctly on mobile. This is both Android and iOS. The impact is that if someone wants to book a court on behalf of a junior for example, this is not possible on the mobile. They will need to do this via a PC on the website which is functioning. | Under investigation. We don't currently have an ETA for the fix. | Friday 31st October at 10:30AM |

Out of Hours Emergency Support Contact: If you are a coach or administrator using the ClubSpark system and you are experiencing a serious fault or outage on the platform out of working hours, please email our emergency support email on emergency-response@clubspark.com. This email is monitored by a number of staff who will be able to investigate the issue and provide updates whilst it is being resolved. We will also ensure this page is updated if there are any known issues.
