If you use CIA Smart Access Lighting - linked to the clubspark booking sheet - there is a known issue where the ability to configure the lights to warm up and warm down is not available. It is set to come on 15 minutes early and go off 15 minutes are the booking is complete. | There have been some updates recently and there was an oversight to remove these from admin access. The team are working on getting this back as soon as possible. There is no impact to the lights being available for the booking, we are aware that some venues have a shorted warm up and warm down period and this is what we are working on. | 12/9/2025 |

Out of Hours Emergency Support Contact: If you are a coach or administrator using the ClubSpark system and you are experiencing a serious fault or outage on the platform out of working hours, please email our emergency support email on emergency-response@clubspark.com. This email is monitored by a number of staff who will be able to investigate the issue and provide updates whilst it is being resolved. We will also ensure this page is updated if there are any known issues.
