If you use CIA Smart Access Lighting - linked to the clubspark booking sheet - there is a known issue where the ability to configure the lights to warm up and warm down is not available. It is set to come on 15 minutes early and go off 15 minutes are the booking is complete.	There have been some updates recently and there was an oversight to remove these from admin access. The team are working on getting this back as soon as possible. There is no impact to the lights being available for the booking, we are aware that some venues have a shorted warm up and warm down period and this is what we are working on.	12/9/2025

We will also ensure this page is updated if there are any known issues.
