Setting up Prime Video LTA Youth Girls Courses

You can now set up a new type of coaching programme "Prime Video LTA Youth Girls". 

In partnership with Prime Video, this girls only beginner tennis course is packed with games and activities that will help build skills on court, as well as new friendships and confidence in everyday life.

How to Set up a Prime Video LTA Youth Girls INTRO Course 

Step 1: Head to the Coaching module and select 'Prime Video LTA Youth Girls INTRO' category. 

Step 2: In order to run an Prime Video LTA Youth Girls INTRO course, the following checklist must be completed. 

• The Terms and conditions must be accepted 
• Stripe set up to take online payments 
• Coaches that are Prime Video certified have been added to your coaching team, with their coach code added.

Step 3: Once the checklist is 100% complete you can set up a course. Select 'Create a new course' 

Step 4: Fill out the course details as you would normally. Things to note here: 

• Minimum age is 4, maximum age is 16
• Prime Video LTA Youth Girls Intro courses are a fixed price of £35
• The follow on offer for Prime Video LTA Youth Girls Intro courses is a Prime Video LTA Youth Girls course (a minimum of a further 6 weeks).

Step 5: The course is then created and the 6 sessions are created. 

Please note: These courses will be visible on the LTA Play website: https://www.lta.org.uk/play/ only.  The follow on courses are on both LTA Play and venues Clubspark site.

How to set up a Prime Video LTA Youth Girls FOLLOW ON Course

Step 1: Head to the Coaching module and select 'Prime Video LTA Youth Girls FOLLOW ON' category.

Step 2: In order to run an Prime Video LTA Youth Girls FOLLOW ON course, the following checklist must be completed. 

• The Terms and conditions must be accepted 
• Stripe set up to take online payments 
• Coaches that are Prime Video certified have been added to your coaching team, with their coach code added.

Step 3: Once the checklist is 100% complete you can set up a course. Select 'Create a new course' 

Step 4: Fill out the course details as you would normally. Things to note here: 

• Minimum age is 4, maximum age is 16
• There is no maximum capacity however, if you are working with more than 10 girls the lead coach should be supported by an appropriately qualified coach
• The price for the follow on course is not fixed

Step 5: The course is then created. These are then bookable on LTA Play and the form the venue's website.
