Can an Products be purchased on it's own without purchasing a membership?

Currently the Product is only designed to work with the Membership module. You can't create a Product to be purchased as a stand alone item, it can only be purchased while purchasing a membership. 

However you can set up a dummy membership package to allow add-ons to be purchased after a member has already joined/renewed. 

Please Note: If the Package is Free, you will need to Set the price to £0, but you need to tick the Stripe Payment Box to take payment for the Product Add on.

Can a part offline payment be recorded?

You can only record the full offline payment, so will need to await to receive the full amount before recording the payment.

Can you add more Products to an existing order?

It's not possible to add more of an item or add more items to an existing order
