Viewing your Booking Sheet And Changing Views

If players have multiple roles at your venue (member, administrator, coach), they are able to change how they view the Booking Sheet. It's important to note that this can only be done on a browser not when using the Booker app. 

This will also change the booking rules applied to the booking sheet such as cost or number of bookings that can be made. 

Please Note: If contacts with roles are receiving a message that they have exceeded their bookings and they have a large allowance it's always best to check they are changing views to the correct role. 

When viewing by Date View, you can go to future dates using the arrows. Clicking 'Today' will take the booking sheet back to that day booking availability. 

You can also choose to view the Booking Sheet by a Week View. This will show each Court and all the available times for Court X over 7 days. 

They can use the arrows to scroll to the next week. Or you can select different Courts on the Drop down to check the availability.
