The ClubSpark Coaching App works on the following devices:
Before you begin to use the ClubSpark Coaching app, you will first need to create a coaching course/session within the Coaching Module of your ClubSpark admin area.
After you have saved your session, it will be published on the corresponding website, ready for bookings.
Sign in to the app, using the same account as you use to sign into the ClubSpark admin area. All the sessions you have created will be listed.
Each session displays a list of players who have previously booked. You can check these players in by selecting the attended circle next to each player, as well as adding additional players to the session who turn up on the day, using the + icon in the top right corner.
To send an email to your attendees - click anywhere along the name to open their record and click on the 'envelope' icon to use the email address to send an email (using your own email account set up on your device).
To send a text message via mobile phone to your attendees (iOS only) - click anywhere along the name to open their record and click on 'phone' icon - this will show the number on your smartphone where you have the option to call or send a text message.
The app is synced to your admin area, so any updates on the app will also be added to your admin area.
Coaches can look back at session history including information on numbers of players as well as displaying the number of players who have failed to turn up.
The app can provide valuable feedback to all coaches in planning future sessions by indicating which sessions prove to be most popular.
Tap the Settings 'cog' icon (bottom right iOS, top right Android) - here you will see the options: 'Show / Hide' archived and cancelled courses, SMS credits & Purchase, Reset Data & Sync and Sign Out.
To purchase more SMS credits, click the purchase button and select how many you would like to buy and make payment.
