How to create a Course:
When you are on the 'Programmes' tab, at the top right hand corner of the screen, you will see a plus button (+). Click on this, and you will be taken to another screen where you will be able to create a new course.
Firstly, you will be asked to choose a 'Category' - either Adult or Junior. We are only offering custom categories for now.
Next, you will be able to choose the 'type' of session - either Short, Single or recurring sessions.
You will then add in details such as what you would like the 'Status, 'reference', ' Course name', and which Skill level you would like the course to be set at.
Now you will need to input the 'Age Range' and 'Start Date' of the course.
We now have a NEW Feature 'Booking Window' this will ensure that members only book between your chosen Date and Time.
Choose an interval (weekly or daily), number of sessions and the capacity for your course.
You can also select the days you want the course to take place, simply click on the days as shown below.
Please Note: When selecting multiple days, this means that the course will be happening on those days at the same time. If you want to offer the course on different days of the week at different times, you will need to create a course for each time you want it to be at.
If you have enabled the waiting list feature on your coaching category, here you will be able to turn it on for your short course.
You will then need to input your Contact email and Phone Number.
Another New feature we have is adding 'Terms and Conditions'. You can now add your T&C's and attach documents.
Once you have clicked Continue, you will be directed to the 'Payment' Section.
Here , you can choose your 'Payment Method' When clicking on Offline - You will see a 'Instructions' box appear.
In section for 'who can book' you will now see 'selected members only'. This should be used if you want the course to be for members of specific memberships only. You can add and remove packages that can book at any stage.
If you want to offer a member discount you can select between the 'user selection' or 'based on membership status' options. If you select 'user selection' then the member has to select whether they are a member or non-member when booking onto the course.
If you select 'based on membership status' option then the membership will be validated when a member is booking a course.
You can Allow users to join after the course has stated by clicking on the Toggle.
You now have the option to allow 'Participant Cancellations' - again click on the Toggle to 'Yes'. You will be able to click on the Option for 'Auto Refund', here you will need to input a Date and Time.
In this section on 'Session Defaults' - you will need to choose your 'Lead Coach', the 'Coaching Team', Date and Time you would like the sessions.
Please note: Not all Venue will have the Option to 'Open Court'
You will now reach a page where you can see that you have filled in all required fields (there will be ticks next to each heading) and you will be able to click 'create course'.
