The ClubSpark LTA Coaching App works on the following devices:
Please Note: To use the coaching app, you will need to have Coaching Administrator rights on the account the course was created on.
In addition, the Coaching App cannot be used unless you have an active network connection.
Using the LTA Coaching App
Step 1:
You will need to sign in to the app using the same login information (email or LTA username and password) that you use to sign in to the LTA ClubSpark platform to access your courses.
Step 2:
Once you have logged in, you will see that a change has been made to the filtering and navigation. When you first log in, you will see the heading 'Today' followed by all of the sessions you have on that day. You can then click on the navigation arrows either side of 'Today' in order to view the following or previous days. If you click on the date itself at the top of the page, you will be able to select any upcoming or previous dates.
Step 3:
If you then select the filtering symbol in the top right hand corner of your screen, a page will appear where you can choose to view your sessions in a 'daily' or 'weekly' view. You can also select 'show only my sessions' which means that only the sessions where you are a part of the Coaching Team will show up.
Step 4:
If you then click on the 'Programmes' tab, you will see all of the organisations that you work for. When you click on a particular organisation, you will then be able to view all of your courses within this organisation.
Step 5:
If you then click on 'filters', you can look at 'adult' or 'junior' courses, you can choose to view a specific location(s) and you can choose between different sorting options for example sorting alphabetically by name, chronologically based on upcoming sessions.
Step 6:
When you click on a particular course, this will take you to a page where you will see a list of all of your sessions.
On the 'Settings' Tab you will be able to see 'What's New' - These are the new features of the Coaching App.
SMS Credits and the amount of credit you have purchased if you would like to SMS members. (iOS users ONLY).
The App version and we have now enable Touch/Face ID.
