This guide provide simple steps to show you how to refund a player for a cancelled court booking.
Step 1:
First head to the Booking Module and then locate the booking by filtering the date. You can also search for the players name to make it easier for you. Click anywhere along the Booking record
Step 2:
You'll then be taken to the Booking record. Click on the 'Refund' button next to the booking.
Step 3:
You'll then see the following overlay appear click Refund.
Once you have confirmed the refund, the booking will change to Yes for Refunded
Please Note: You will not be able to refund a booking after 59 days from when the payment was received. If you wish to refund after this time frame, you will need to do it offline/outside of ClubSpark.
