In the booking settings you have the option to add a booking confirmation and booking reminder emails, users will see this when they make a booking.
Step 1: Go to the Booking module, within the Admin area. Click on the 'Settings' button in the left of the screen.
Once in booking settings select 'Edit booking emails'.
Step 2: Here you can describe what your users should do when they turn up to your venue or any other information that may be relevant to their booking such as a pin code they may need to access the courts.
Please note: The phone number and email that appear on the booking confirmation are pulled through from your profile module. Your venue details can be changed by accessing the Venue Registration section of the LTA account or alternatively you can reach out directly to the LTA . We are unable to amend these details.
Step 3: You also have the option to enter in 'Reminder Information', here you can input information about the club.
Step 4: Make sure you save any changes you make using the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page before you exit.
In addition to the confirmation and reminder email, you also have the option to set a different email confirmation for players booking via LTA Play*. LTA Play is the LTA's online booking platform and more information about this can be found here.
*This additional confirmation box will only appear if your venue has been added to LTA Play. If you're unsure, please contact your local LTA representative or Clubspark.
