To view the attendees for your event, first head to the Events Module within the admin and click on the event you would like to view.
Once you have selected the event, click on the 'Attendees' tab where you will be taken to the list of current attendees.

Here you can export your attendee list, print off the attendee list or send emails to the attendees by clicking on any of these options.

If you would like to email your attendees, click 'Email Attendees' where the following overlay will appear:
Here you will able to choose if you email all the attendees or if you want to email those who are on a specific activity.
Once you have written you email, click the blue 'Submit' button.
Please Note: that all attendees who are signed up to your Open Day event will appear within your contacts with the 'Open Day' tag associated with their name.
