LTA Online Booking System - Setting up your booking schedules

LTA Online Booking System (formerly known as LTA Rally) is an easy-to-use booking tool that makes it simple for people to find and book a local tennis court.

First, you must contact the LTA via their contact us form in order to have this feature enabled on your account. You can then follow the steps in this article to set up. 

Basic settings: 

Your 'booking duration' can now be set to any of the slot durations, and this will reflect on the LTA online booking system.

To update your settings go to Booking > Settings > Basic Settings. Choose the duration of the booking slots that would work best for your club.

In this example, the booking slot duration is set to 30 minutes. 

Court Scheduling

The next steps is setting up your schedules you enable players to book via the LTA online booking system. Go to Settings > Manage Schedules > Manage.

• Schedule management works as per the existing functionality – new rules can be added for specific dates/times against one or multiple courts, click here to manage schedules.
• The simplest way to enable players to book on the LTA online booking system by selecting the 'Everyone' role when editing a ruleset.
• You can then add the pricing for the member, guest and court fee (as appropriate).

Once a player has booked via the LTA online booking system, they will automatically be assigned the ‘LTA Play Court Booker’ tag in the contacts module.
