We have a great new feature where booking reminder emails will now be sent out of the system to all players with court bookings and coaching bookings.
This will remind players of their booking(s) and give them a chance to cancel the booking(s) if their plans change, freeing up the court/session for another player.
These emails are sent daily i.e you'll only receive the email if you have a court booking/course session for that day. They get sent at around 1am in the morning.
Firstly, players are able to unsubscribe/ subscribe into these booking court and coaching reminder emails via their profile. They will need to login to their account, go to the 'Profile' section and then into the 'Your privacy and consents' section. Here they can uncheck the checkboxes to stop receiving court booking or coaching reminder emails. Alternatively if it's unchecked they can tick this if they would like to subscribe back into receiving these emails see below:
They then need to select 'Update my preferences' to save the changes.
As an admin you are able to see if a member has subscribed into receiving these reminders via the contacts module. If you go to the contacts module and look under the 'consents' column you will see 'Court Booking Reminders' or 'Coaching Reminders' if they have opted in to receive these reminders see below:
If they have unsubscribed the consent will not be shown here. They will need to login to their account, go to their 'Profile', and then into 'Your privacy and consents' scroll to the bottom and tick the checkbox once they have done this it will change in the contacts area and you will see this under 'consents'.
The consents 'Court Booking Reminder' and 'Coaching Reminders' will also appear on the individual's contact record when you open it up if they have opted to receive these as shown below:
Please Note: To subscribe or un-subscribe from these reminder emails users will need to login to their account and do this, there isn't a link in the email to make this change.
