Once you have registered to the ClubSpark platform/your venue, you need to make note of the login method that you used:
The left-hand side of the screen is your 'ClubSpark' method with email (username) and password; and the right-hand side is for LTA, Facebook, Google or Microsoft.
If your email address/username changes, you will need to register again as there is no way for you to be able to edit/change the username you originally set up. You can contact your venue directly, who will be able to assist you with registering again.
If you have forgotten what login method you used to register to your venue or purchase your membership, you can contact your venue directly who will be able to inform you on the email/username used and what method i.e LTA details.
