This short guide will show you how to manage your sessions and attendees via the admin area, which we would recommend accessing via a laptop or computer.

Please note: Anyone managing attendees and/or sessions will need administrator access. We would recommend Activators having Coaching Register Administrator access. Click here to find out more about administrator roles.
Finding your Barclays Free Park Tennis sessions
Navigate to the Coaching Module within the admin area and then select the Barclays Free Park Tennis category.
Marking attendance / Taking the register
Whether you're accessing your sessions through the admin area or the Coaching App, you will be able to find and select a session to view all attendees. Once you have the list of attendees, you can easily tick their names as they arrive to your session.
Adding a player
If a player arrives to a session without booking in advance, you can add them as a participant through the admin area. Select 'Add new booking' and then you can add a new contact or search from your existing contact list.

Editing and cancelling a session
If you need to edit the date of a session, or cancel a session, this is very quick and easy to do. Go to the Coaching Module, select the LTA Free Park Tennis category and find the session you need to edit/cancel. This will bring up a list of all of the classes within that course.
1) Select the class you need to edit / cancel.
2) Select 'Edit session'
3) If editing the date, select the new date and save.
4) If cancelling, click the 'Cancel class' button.
