This guide outlines how you can cancel a players booking.
If a participant chooses to cancel their booking, or you need to cancel a book for any reason you can do so within the admin area of the platform.
Step 1: You will first need to head to the Coaching Module and locate the course the participant it booked on.
Step 2: Once you have located the Course, you will need to click on the Players booking record:
Please Note: If this is a Short Course you'll need to click on the Participant's Tab to select the players booking record
You'll then see the record appear like this once you click onto it:
Step 3: Here you will need to click on the 'Status' drop-down and change the booking from 'Active' to 'Cancelled'. This will also free up space on the course/class for another participant to book onto to or for you to invite someone from your waiting list.
Please Note: Changing a participant's booking to 'Cancelled' will not automatically refund them. You will need to manually trigger a refund and can do that by following this guide here .
