Introduction to our new Events module

Our new Events module is now live and will provide you with more functionality and flexibility in creating events at your tennis venue. One of the most voted for features in our Clubspark product portal was the ability to create one-off events, such as quiz nights, club BBQ's and tournaments, this is now possible.

Q. Why have you made changes to the Events Module?

One of the most popular features voted for within our Clubspark product portal was the ability to create one-off and social events, such as quiz nights, club BBQ's and tournaments. This is now possible through the new events module.

Q. What has happened to our previous events?

All previously published events have been moved across to the new Events module. You still have all historic data for these events. 

Q. What ha happened to upcoming events I have already published?

All previously published events have been moved across to the new Events module. Any upcoming events which have already been published will be available for you to collect registrations, communicate with attendees and mark attendance.

Q. As part of these changes, have we lost any functionality? 

As part of these changes there will be a small number of features you may have used in the past which will no longer be available, which are outlined below.

Q. Why have you discontinued the LTA Check-in App?

Later this year we will be adding event registers to the LTA Coaching App, where it is currently possible to track attendance of coaching courses & sessions. This will provide greater functionality to track attendance and communicate with participants. In the meantime, all of your event details can be accessed via the admin area using a laptop, tablet or phone.
