Here you will be able to view the venue's address, latitude & longitude of your map location and contact details - this information is provided to us by the LTA's details, if any of this information is incorrect please contact their support team at email@example.com where a member of their team will be able to assist you or head to the Place to Play Administrator area of the LTA website.
Below this, you will find your venue's contact details - if this needs changing again you will need to contact the LTA.
You will also need to enter your 'reply-to' email address. It is important to enter an email address so your members and guests can respond to any email you send via ClubSpark. If you leave this box blank, replies to emails will not be delivered.
Next, you will be able to enter your Social Media account information. This information will appear on your ClubSpark website, so guests and members can click through to your social media pages.
Facebook - The venue's Facebook page name e.g ClubSpark. You can get this from the end of the Facebook web address e.g. https://www.facebook.com/ClubSparkUk
If you have a group, include everything after the Facebook URL e.g. groups/ClubSpark.
Twitter - The venue's Twitter name e.g. ClubSpark. You can get this from the Twitter web address e.g. https://twitter.com/ClubSpark
Instagram - The venue's Instagram name e.g. ClubSpark. You can get this from the end of the Instagram web address e.g. https://www.instagram.com/clubspark/
Once you have entered all this information, remember to click the blue 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the screen.
