You can use the ClubSpark Coaching App to register all you attendees and add any ‘walk ups’ who haven’t booked. All this is synced with your ClubSpark system to save you the admin.
If you need to manually add a booking to a Tennis Tuesday session, you will first need to select the session that you are trying to add a player to.
Once you have selected that session, click on the blue 'Add New Booking' in the right-hand corner of the screen.
If the player is already within your contacts, click on the 'Existing' button where you will be able to search for their name. If the player is a new contact, you will need to fill out the 'New Contact' form.
In both new and existing contacts, you will have the option to set their ability and to send a confirmation email.
You will then need to click the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen.
Once you have added the new player to session, you will be taken to the follow screen:
Here you will be able to add payment, if you have received in offline, as well as marking them as attended if the session has already passed, and edit their ability.

The player will now appear within the register for the Tennis Tuesday session.
