This guide will how you to create an LTA Pair & Play Course.
Please Note: For courses to appear online, you will need first to create a Stripe account.
To create your LTA Pair & Play Course, head to Coaching Module and select the 'LTA Pair & Play' Programme.
Once you have pressed that, you will need to click the 'Add new course' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will then be taken to the page below, please input your information. The fields with the red asterisk next to them must be filled in, for example reference and date.
Next, select the availability of the course.
- Hidden: The course is not available to anyone. You can use this setting to hide the course while you are setting it up or making changes to it later.
- Public: The course will be available to all and will appear in search results.
- Direct link only: The course will not appear in search results, but will be available via direct links.
- Archived: The course is no longer available at your venue and will be moved into your archived courses.
Please Note: You will also need to enter the Reference code. This will help you identify courses in the Admin area (e.g. P&P01). It is entirely up to you what you enter as it is not be displayed to the public.
The 'Confirmation' text box is pre-filled but this can be edited.
You will then need to select a 'Date' for when the course will start along with contact details (as above).
Step 5 (optional):
In the next section, you will be able to 'Offer bulk discounts' to allow your players to receive a discount when booking onto more than 1 session.
Next, you will need to enter the 'Session Defaults'.
Please Note: If the course is being created through a Coaching Organisation, you will be able to use the Venue Lookup to find where the course will be taking place. You will not see this option if the course is being created through a Venue Account.
Within the Session Defaults, you will be able to add additional information about the venue which the participant will see once they have completed the booking process.
You will also be able to select the Coaching Team, time, duration, the capacity of the course and the cost. All this information will be applied to the sessions created. However, you can edit sessions individually.
Step 9 (optional):
Skip to Step 10 if you do not need this option.
If you want to charge members and non-members different prices, you change 'Member discount' to 'Yes', where you will be able to enter the price you would like members to pay.
You will also be able to enter in any 'Open Court' information.
Step 10: Click the blue 'Save course' button at the bottom of the page (as above).
Once you have saved the course, you will be taken to the following screen where you will be able to enter in all your classes by clicking on the 'Add new session' button in the right-hand corner.
When you press 'Add new session', you'll be able to add as many classes as you would like for your course to include.
You will be able to edit the date and theme of each class created at this stage. You can always come back later to add more classes if needed.
Click the blue 'Save sessions' button.
Once you have saved your classes, you will be able to view them all within the course you have just created.
Participants will be able to book onto your course on your website (https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/YOURACCOUNTNAME/Coaching) as well as search for the course on the LTA Rally website.
