ClubSpark enables you to collect online payment for court bookings.
This article covers what needs to be checked in order to ensure online payments can be accepted for court bookings.
The first thing you'll need to do is to register your bank account details with Stripe. You can do this from within the Booking module. using the 'Setup your account' link. Please Note: Only a full administrator can set this up. If the blue Stripe bar is missing at the top of the page and you are a full administrator this means an account has already been set up. A coach may be using it for coaching payments or may have in the past, we can disconnect this for so you can set up a new one please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Select the blue 'Register with Stripe' button to begin the registration process. More information can be find here on how to register with Stripe.
After you have registered head to your Booking Module, select 'Settings' in the top right corner, followed by 'Manage basic settings' and scroll down to payment.
Make sure the box is ticked so you can accept online payments for court bookings.
Then decide your cancellation refund window. This is the number of hours before the booking you will let a user cancel and receive a full refund.
Make sure you save any changes you make using the blue 'Save settings' tab at the bottom of the page before you exit.
When will the money appear in our bank account?
Stripe will transfer funds to your bank account based on the schedule listed on your dashboard in your Stripe account.
You can set your schedule to 'Daily 7 day rolling basis', which means every day Stripe will gather your transactions for the day and deposit them in your bank account 7 days later. The very first transfer Stripe makes to your bank can take up to 10 days.
