With custom competitions, you have the ability to receive online payments through STRIPE.
When creating an event, whether it is a custom event or campaign, select the 'take online payment' tick box in the details tab of your competition.
To view your received payments, click on the 'payments tab' in the competition event details.
You will see a table (like below) that will provide the information of attendees. To issue a refund, select the blue button, which will automatically return the money to the player.
From here you can also download an attendee report and email event attendees.
Payments: Stripe must be enabled on your account for you to take online payments.
Refunds: Payments are refunded at attendee activity level. If you are refunding a group they will need to be refunded separately.
