In early May 2021, the LTA started the process to move all ClubSpark users to a single sign-on process, moving away from the multiple login options, including the ClubSpark, Facebook, Microsoft and Google+ logins.
This process is currently been rolled back to resolve some of the issues raised and to improve the process. We will be informing all admins when this is going to be turned back on.
We are aware some who completed the merge of accounts are still experiencing difficulties logging in to either their club's website or the booker app. Please see the below steps.
If you completed the merge to an LTA log in: you need to log in with the LTA button as shown below:
If you still have a ClubSpark Log in: please enter your email and password as you have previously.
1. How to check which login is associated with the account: If the member can't remember if they completed the merge, as an administrator you can check what method the user logs in with from the contacts module. See below shows that my active membership is linked to the LTA log in and it shows my LTA user password. I should log in using the LTA log in.
This guide gives more information: Logging In / User Account Access Issues
2. The member has duplicate accounts and the active login is associated with a different login.
As an administrator you can merge the accounts, keeping the log in method. To do this follow this guide on merging. Merging Contacts
3. Still need assistance? You can reach out for support from our support team but submitting a request at the top of this page or contact the LTA on https://www.lta.org.uk/about-us/contact-us/
