Moving An LTA Youth Start Participant From One Course To Another

In some cases you may need to move a participant from one course to another this article explains how to do this for LTA Youth Start courses.

Step 1:

Go to the Coaching Module in the Admin area on the left hand side.

Step 2:

Head to the course and locate the participant in question who wishes to move course or that you need to move to a different course.

IMPORTANT: You MUST wait a minimum of 48 hours after the booking has been made before altering the original ‘paid for’ booking or cancelling the course (where applicable) to ensure the player still receives their kit bundle. If you cancel the booking or course before this time, they will NOT receive their kit bundle.

Once the 48 hours has passed, click on the player’s name and change the status to 'Cancelled' from the drop-down list. 

Do not refund the booking.

Step 3:

Head to the course you wish to move them to and click on ‘Add participant’. You can do this before you cancel the original booking in order to secure their place.

You will be able to find the parent/ guardian and the player as an existing user. Then select 'Save'. 

You do not need to take further payment.
