You can set different schedules for your courts, different rules, times and prices for members, non-members or anyone with a role at your venue.
If you have the 'group booking' feature turned on, this is also where you can set up your guest fees. If you have a gated access system this is where you will be able to set the times your lights turn on and off as well as any fees you may wish to charge.
If you have your courts set up on LTA Play, you will be able to set which courts are available for players booking through here.
Step 1:
To manage your schedules, firstly select the Booking Module on the left of your screen within the Admin area. Select 'Settings' in the top right of your screen.
Step 2:
Now select 'Manage schedules'.
Step 3:
On the next screen, you can add a number of schedules and set the dates you would like these to apply to your booking sheet. So at the start of the year, you could create a separate schedule for each season if you wish. If you have the same rules applying all year around we would advise you use the 'Default' schedule.
Please Note: If the dates of schedules overlap then the booking sheet will automatically pick up the default schedule rule. The dates must not overlap.
Any schedules you don't wish to use simply select 'Delete' to remove them. You don't have to create seasonal schedules you can use and update the default schedule if you prefer.
Step 4:
Now select 'Manage' to the right of schedule you are updating.
Step 5:
The next screen will be a grid, showing the time slots vertically and the days across the top, the timing will show inline with the times you entered in your basic settings and referring to your booking slot duration.
Within the drop-down where you see 'All courts', you will be able to make individual schedules for each of your courts if you wish.
Step 6: Creating a Schedule for All Courts
To the left of week grid, will be a list of any rules that you have created, in the example below, no rules have yet been created, therefore we only have the two options - 'Default' rule and 'Closed'.
Step: 7
To create a rule select 'New rule'
The next screen, you will be able to name your new rule, select who this applies to and also enter the court booking cost for that rule. You can edit the default rule and any other rules you have created at any time by clicking on the 'Edit' button next to each rule.
Group Booking feature is enabled in the image below.
Select the blue 'Save rulset' button. The rule will appear in your listing on the left of your page, what you need to do now is apply that rule to your schedule.
Step 8:
To apply your new rule to your schedule, you just need to 'paint' the tiles you wish to apply it too by clicking on each slot.
Click on the colour square of the rule you would like to apply and click on the relevant time slots that you want this to apply see below.
Step 9: Creating Schedules for Separate Courts
You can create different schedules for each of your courts.
To do this, in the drop-down list above your grid, select the court you wish to create a separate schedule for. Then select 'Create separate schedule'.
You then need to follow the same steps above, in either creating a new rule or selecting a rule that you already have set up and then 'painting' the schedule for your selected court.
Step 10:
Once you have done that, please remember to save your new schedule by selecting the blue 'Save schedules' button above the grid.
Step 11: Closing A Court
If for any reason a court needs to be temporarily closed, you can apply this in your schedules. To do this Click on the Yellow box next to the 'Closed' rule.
You will then need to 'Paint' the schedule by clicking on each day/time like below:
Remember: If you are applying a rule to one court only then remember to select the court in the drop-down list above the weekly grid. If this was on all courts and the rule was applied, this would then close all courts at the times you have selected.
