You can also access the articles via the Admin Home Page within the admin pages of ClubSpark by clicking on either the help button and searching for articles or clicking on the promoted articles on the home page or the Help button found on the bottom left of the screen
Customer Service Contact Information and Hours
Our dedicated customer service team are all experts on the ClubSpark platform. They are available to respond to email enquiries and Live Chat during the hours below. If you a submit a request outside of these hours, the team will follow up during the next working day or you can also email email@example.com.

To access Live Chat - you can click on the ?Help Button found either on the Help Articles page or within your admin pages found on the bottom left of your screen. If we have available agents for Chat it will say Live Chat now. If there are no available agents, it will say Leave a Message and this will generate an email to our support team and we will be in touch shortly.
