Managing Reduced or Concession Memberships

If you're a Local Authority or Park Operator looking to offer a concession membership at a reduced cost (or free) but don't want this visible on your ClubSpark website, we have three suggestions to help you manage this...

Option 1. Importing a Contacts/Member Database

If you have a large database of contacts you want to import into a membership package to offer a concession rate, we have the option to import the data by uploading a CSV file. A detailed explanation of this process can be found here.

Option 2. Adding a Member

If you'll be adding players/members to the concession membership on a less frequent basis, you have the option to 'Add Member' manually, rather than importing via a CSV file. A detailed explanation about how to do this can be found here.

Option 3. Sharing a 'Hidden' link

If you'd prefer not to add/import contact details, you can also create a membership package with a 'Hidden' link which can be shared with your players/customers. The below video will explain how to access the hidden link for a membership package.
