You are able to manually add a new or existing member to any of your membership packages.
Step 1: First head to the Membership module on the left hand side in the Admin area.
Step 2: Head to the membership package which you would like to add a member to and click 'Member Options' and then the 'Add member' button.
Step 3: You can now decide whether you would like to add a new or existing contact. If you are adding a 'New contact', you can fill in their contacts details as shown below.
Please note: that only the First and Last name are compulsory fields. When your member first signs into the system, they will be prompted to check and update their details.
When adding an 'Existing contact', you can use the contact field to search for one of your contacts by name. By typing the name in the box all matching contact records will be returned and you can select the relevant contact.
If they are not a new member, you will be able to add the date they joined the venue.
Step 4: Select the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Once saved you will be taken to the member's membership record. Here you can amend the Status, Start and End date. Another thing to note is the 'Renewal' tick box at the top of the member's record, if selected the record's price will switch to the amount specified in in the package 'Full cost for renewals' or 'Monthly cost for renewals'. If you want the member to receive the renewal price this should be ticked. If you have the same price for renewing and new members it doesn't matter as much, it may still be worth ticking so you know they are a renewing member for example you are adding a renewing adult member to a family package.
Step 6: You are now ready to send out your payment request.
