Please Note:
- Credits can only be used at the original venue/club the credit has been issued from. Credits are not transferable to other venues/clubs.
- Credits can only be used on bookings made on the Clubspark website, currently this is not available to use in the Booker App yet.
If the club admin or coach has given you a credit note to use at the venue or coaching website you should have received an email. The credit is already applied to your account ready to use.
When receiving credits to use in Programming, you will be able to apply these to future Programs within the credit expiration date (if applied).

Applying Your Credits
Once your account has been credited, you can apply these credits through the registration process for Programming.
- Search for a Program or Course you would like to register for and select the session(s) you would like to join, then click Book Now. Make sure you are logged in.
- On the Player Details page, you will select the player and under the Basket Summary, the option to apply credits will automatically show. You can choose to use the credit or not. Depending on the cost or the course, the credit will cover part or all of the payment.
- Check the box next to "I want to use credit this time" and it will automatically apply to the total due.
Note: If the credit has been awarded to one of your linked members, the credit is linked with your the account rather than the person. i.e. you can use the credit to purchase an adult course or junior for example.
Checking Your Credits
- If you want to check the credits on your account or any children's accounts, you can do so by going to your profile. At the bottom of the options, you will see "My Credits"
- Here you will see current, used, cancelled and expired credits as well as the information such as the reason for the credits and the issue and expiry dates.
FAQs
Q: What if I believe the credit is less than I think it should be?
Please contact the coach or venue that has applied the credit.
Q: What if I have issues using the credit?
A: If you experience a fault in using the credit, you can reach out to ClubSpark support team, please provide a screenshot of the error and details of the course you are attempting to apply the credit too.

Q: Do I have to use all of the credit in one go?
A: You have a choice to apply the credit or not, you can not select how much of the credit you wish to use. If the credit amount is MORE than the cost of the course, then the remaining credit will remain for future use.
Q: What happens if my credit expires?
A: Credits not used in the period of time will expire and are no longer valid.
Q: What if I cancel a booking that I've used my credit with?
A: The credit will not automatically reimburse the player with the credit. You will need to contact the venue/club admin to reimburse the credit if the cancellation falls within their policy.
