In the following guide, you can get support on how you can book a course for a junior player.
In order to book and pay for a coaching course within the LTA ClubSpark platform, the person booking must be 16 years of age and over.
This means that children under 16 cannot log in with their own account details and book a course. The parent/guardian of the child will need to register an account and book the course.
Please have a look at this guide on how a Parent/Guardian can register.
If you have been sent a direct link/payment request to a coaching course/class, then you'll need to follow the link you've been sent which will take you to the payment page for that course so please skip to Step 4.
Please Note: You can book onto LTA Youth and LTA Youth Start courses via the LTA website.
Step 1:
Firstly, you'll need to head to the venue or coaching organisations web site and head to the Coaching web page. Here you'll be able to search for all courses that are available. You will also be able to apply filters to assist in searching for the course you'd like to attend.
It is now possible to filter by 'venue', this will be useful if the tennis venue you usually book at is linked to several others. You can easily find your preferred venue and see all available courses and sessions.
Simply click 'any venue' and choose the applicable one the dropdown (shown below).
Step 2:
Once the players have found the course they wish to book onto, they'll then need to click onto the course where they will be taken to the following page where they will need to click on the 'Book Now' button located in the box on the right side of the screen.
Please Note: If you're booking onto a Recurring Session course, then you'll need to select all the sessions that you'd like to attend
If you have a booking window set, then this will also display here to let players know when the booking opens and closes to book onto the course.
Step 3:
Once they have clicked on the 'Book Now' button, they will be taken to the next page where they will select if who will be attending the course.
Please Note: If you offer a member and non-member price for your course, then your members will need to select this by clicking on the 'Change' button underneath their name to ensure that they receive the member discount that you offer.
Step 4:
Once they have selected who will be attending the course, they will be asked to choose their payment method (if you offer online and offline payments) as well as accept your T&C's before clicking on the 'Pay Now' button (online payments) or 'Confirm' button (Offline Payment)
Please Note: Online payment method will be the default method if you offer both options.
Please skip to Step 5 if paying via an Offline Method
Step 4.1:
If selecting 'Online' as your payment method, when making payment the following overlay will appear:
