You may find you wish to end your court booking earlier than expected, to free up court time for others and/or to switch the floodlights off (SmartAccess venues only). This guide will show you the steps on how to do this.
If a booking is finished and the court is connected to the SmartAccess system the following will also happen:
- Your PIN will stop working, as your booking is no longer active
- The floodlights will automatically switch off within 5 minutes of finishing your booking
Finish Booking via our Booker App:
- Open the App
- Click on your 'In progress' booking
- Click 'Finish Booking' and confirm
Finish Booking via a web browser:
Step 1: First, login to your club account by clicking 'Login' in the top right hand corner.
Step 2: Once logged in, click on your name in the top right hand corner and go to 'Your Account'.
Step 3: Once in your account, navigate to 'Your bookings'.
Step 4: You will then need to to go into the 'In Progress' tab where you should have an option to finish the booking. You will then get a pop up box to confirm you would like to finish the booking.
Step 5: Once you have finished the booking, this will then move to the 'Completed' tab where you will find booking end time will be adjusted to the time of finished the booking. This will also reflect on the court booking sheet.
Please note: If you have paid for the court booking, a refund will not be processed however you can reach out directly to the club to see what their rules are for court booking refunds.
