To refund an attendee(s) for an event, you'll need to follow the steps within this guide. First you can 'cancel' them off the event'
These steps are the same for all event types.
Step 1: You'll first need to head to the Admin area and go to the Events module.
Step 2: Here you'll find all of your upcoming events. Click into the event category to locate the event you wish to refund an attendee(s) for
Step 3: Once you have selected the category, you will see all 'Active Events' appear. Click on the event you would like to refund attendees for
Step 4: Here you have two options
- Click into the session and refund the participant here (this is ideal for refunding multiple participants)
- Click on the participants name to view all information and refund here
1. When you click into the session you will see a list of participants booked on, anyone that has paid "online" will be able to be refunded. Select the participant(s) you wish to refund, then select the 'Refund attendees' button as shown below:
A pop up will then appear confirming how many participants you are refunding, if happy select 'Submit' this will generate the refund.
Once done you will see under the 'Refunded' column it says 'Yes' for the participant refunded
2. When in the session, click on the name of the participant(s) you would like to refund. This will bring the player's details up, here you can select 'Refund'
Confirm the refund and select 'Yes'
The refund will be confirmed:
This will then show on the 'Player Info' details under 'Status' as 'Refunded':
