This guide outlines how you can cancel a attendee's event/ Session booking.
If a attendee chooses to cancel their booking, or you need to cancel a booking for any reason you can do so within the admin area of the platform.
The steps within the guide are the same for all events.
Step 1: Go to the Events module and locate the event/session the attendee booked on.
Step 2: Once you have located the participant, you will need to click on their name, where you will be taken to the following page.
Step 3: Here you will need to click on the 'Status' drop-down and change the booking from 'Active' to 'Cancelled'
Step 4: You will see a pop up appear asking you to confirming the Cancellation
Please note: Changing a participant's booking to 'Cancelled' will not automatically refund them. You will need to manually trigger a refund.
