Managing Timings At Your Venue

To access the timing settings for your venue click on the Booking Module along the left-hand side in the Admin area, then click 'Settings' and select 'Manage basic settings'.

Managing the timings of your venue, allows you to choose your:

• Earliest opening time
• Latest closing time
• New day booking availability time
• Booking slot duration

Step 1:

To choose an opening or closing time click on the drop-down menu and select the time that applies to your venue. 

You will still be able to have different opening and closing times for any particular day if required. This is achieved through managing your schedules. Click Here.

Step 2:

New day booking availability allows you to set a time for when you open your booking schedule to allow bookings to be made.

Step 3:

You can choose your booking slot duration these are the options available: 15 mins, 30 mins, 40 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins or 120 mins depending on your requirements. To pick your booking slot duration click on the drop-down menu and select the time that applies to your venue. 

Make sure you save any changes you make by scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the blue 'Save settings' button.
