Your members will have to register with your venue in order to pay for their membership, make court bookings etc. When a member receives an invite, they will be taken through the registration process.
You can send out invites from within any of your membership packages and to your main contacts in the 'All members' view.
For junior and group packages as, these invites will have to be sent to the main contact. You can also invite group and junior members individually.
You can view all the main contacts in a package by selecting main contacts from the menu above the last name column:
From the members listing page, select all members by clicking the check box next to the first name column or select individual members by selecting the check box next to each member. This will activate the invite function on the right hand side:
The email generated by clicking on the "Invite" button can be edited with additional information if you wish (as shown in the white text box below).
