Inviting Group and Junior Members

There currently isn't an option to send invites from within group or junior packages to anyone who isn't the main contact. To find out how to invite the main contact from within a membership, click here.

Please note: You can invite junior and group members individually from within the contact profile in the Contacts module. Invites can be sent to anyone as long as they have an email address on their record. 

Step 1: Go to the Membership module on the left hand side in the Admin area.

Step 2: Go to the membership package and find the group member or junior that you would like to invite from within their package, and click on their name where you will be taken to their membership profile. Then click on 'Member Info'. 

Step 3: Click on the 'Profile' button next to the member you would like to invite. You will then be taken to that members contact profile. 

Step 4: Once you are within their profile, click on the 'Options' button in the top right-hand corner and select 'Invite contact'.

Step 5: This will bring up the following overlay. There will be a link here for the member to register you can also add additional information in the box provided. Select the blue 'Submit' button to send the invite.

 You will then see a confirmation overlay.

Please note: The invite link will expire after 30 days, so a new invite link will need to be sent if not accepted in time. To see if they are registered or not you can look in the 'Registered' column in the membership or contacts module. If it says 'Yes' here they are registered, if it says 'Invited' they still need to accept the invite and if it says 'No' you can send an invite.
