Members need to register with your venue in order to pay for their membership, books courts or pay for coaching courses/classes etc. When a member receives their invite, they will need to follow the registration process.
An invitation will prompt the member to register, if you want to send a payment request this will ask them to register first so it will be best to do this. A payment request ticks two boxes at once as they will register through that link first and then be able to make payment. A invite only prompts the member to register with the platform.
Step 1: Go to the Membership module on the left hand side in the Admin area.
Please note: If sending invites from group/junior membership packages or when clicking on 'View all members' in the top right corner of the membership landing page then you will need to change the view from 'Members' to 'Main Contacts'. The invite goes to the main contact of the membership.
There will not be an option to invite junior or group members that are not the main contact from the Membership module, this will need to be done in the Contacts module.
Step 2: To send an invite, head to the membership package and select the members you would like to invite to register.
Step 3: You will then need to click on the 'more' button (icon with 3 dots), and select 'Invite'.
Step 4: The following overlay will then appear.
Please note: When sending an invite to register, it will only send the invite to those who haven't been invited in the last 24 hours. If they are not appearing they may already be registered or have been invited recently. If they are already registered (you can see this in the 'Registered' column in the membership package) they won't appear as a recipient as they are already registered). You can only invite members who are not already registered.
You can enter any additional information, there is a tool bar at the top of the text box so you can add images/links to the message before clicking the blue 'Invite' button. The invites will appear within your Email Log.

They will need to click on the 'Register or login now' link within the email. If they already have an LTA login they will just need to login and accept the invitation with these details. If they don't they can register with the LTA and then use these details to accept the invite.
