Your members will have to register with your venue in order to pay for their membership, make court bookings or pay for a coaching course, for example.
When a member receives an invite, they will be taken through the registration process.
You can send out invites either from the individual membership packages / or / using the 'all members' view.
For junior and group packages, these invites will have to be sent to the 'main contact' (there won't be an option to send an 'invite' to a junior / family member from within the membership module). You can invite group and junior members individually via their contact records in the contacts module.
The image below shows the 'main contacts' view has been selected to invite the main contact from a junior/group package.
For your individual packages (adult, student etc) the invite can be sent directly the member. From the members listing page, select all members by clicking the check box next to the first name column (or only select the individual members by selecting the check box next to each member). Ticking the boxes will activate the "INVITE" function in both the Member and Main Contacts view - "INVITE" Function is shown just above the 'last name' column:
The email generated by clicking on the "Invite" button can be edited with additional information if you wish (as shown in the white text box below).
If you click on the 'show recipients' link (see image above) - the email addresses of your recipients will display.

Your members should follow these steps to register with your venue (and pay for their membership):
1) It's important to make sure any previous ClubSpark sessions are 'signed out' and all browsers are shut down.
2) Click on the link in the email - if your member can see a name in the top right corner of the subsequent page, they need to click on the name to sign out and then shut down the browser. They will need to click on the link in the invite email again.
3a) If your member has never set up a ClubSpark account before they will click on the link to 'Register' and choose one log in method to use each time they visit your ClubSpark site: (either email + password, LTA, Microsoft, Google+ or Facebook accounts). They must use the same method to log in each time.
3b) If your member already has a ClubSpark account with another club, they should 'Sign in' with their registered details (see above screen shot for that link: Already have an account? Sign In)
4) Accept your club's Terms & Conditions and click on the blue 'continue' button
5) On the next page, they will see the option to 'join now' - this will take them through to the payment page, where they can pay for their membership using the options you have set up in the package. Alternatively, if they feel that a different package at your venue would suit them better - they can click on the link at the bottom of the page to "View all available memberships at [your club]"
