This guide will show you how to add a junior member to an active junior membership package.
When adding a junior member, you will also have to include details of their parent/guardian.
Step 1: Click on the Membership module (on the left side of the Admin screen)
Step 2: Click on the junior package by clicking anywhere along the column.
Step 3: Once you are in the junior membership package, click on 'Member Options' then 'Add member'
Step 4: Here you will need to add in the following details:
- Parent/Guardian details:
You will need to fill in the details on the parent/guardian. This can be a new or existing contact.
When adding an existing contact, you can use the contact field to search for one of your contacts by name. By typing the name in the box all matching contact records will be returned and you can select the relevant contact.
- Junior Player Details:
Next fill in the details of the Junior Member. Here again, you can change from 'New contact' to 'Existing contact' seen in the image below:
- Member Info:
Source (Optional): When clicking on the drop down box you will have the option to select the 'Source'. This would be how the player heard about the club.
New Member: You have the option to select if the member is new to the club or is already a member.
Step 5: Click the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to add the junior member.
Please note:
- You can set your 'Junior age' in the Profile module, this is the age up to which you want the system to consider your contacts as juniors. Junior contacts cannot be emailed directly.
-
The email address for their parent/guardian contact will be used when a junior contact is emailed.
- Junior contacts will be marked with a 'Junior' tag. This allows you to easily identify who your junior members are within the platform.
