If you have created a continuous membership package that your members can purchase, you may find that year on year your memberships fees increase or decrease and you need to reflect this for an individual existing member.
You can do this in bulk, by following this guide here.
However, in some cases, you might want/need to edit an individual's Direct Debit instalment fee instead of the whole membership package.
Step 1: Find the package that the member is within. Once you have located the member, click on their name to bring up their individual membership record.
Step 2: Here you will be able to click on the 'Edit' button to update their membership fee.
Step 3: Once you click on the 'Edit' button, the following screen will appear. Here you can add in the revised fee in the Monthly cost field, before confirming the change and then selecting 'Confirm'.
Once done the member will receive an email informing them that their monthly instalment (Direct Debit payment) for their membership has been changed to the new fee.
