For courses to appear online, you will need first to create a Stripe account.
To create your Tennis Tuesday Course, head to Coaching Module and select the LTA Tennis Tuesdays Programme
Once you have pressed that, you will need to click the 'Add New Course' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will then be taken to this page:
irst select the availability of the course.
- Hidden - The course is not available to anyone. You can use this setting to hide the course while you are setting it up or making changes to it later.
- Public - The course will be available to all and will appear in search results.
- Direct link only - The course will not appear in search results, but will be available via direct links.
- Archived - The course is no longer available at your venue and will be moved into your archived courses.
You will also need to enter a Reference code. This will help you identify courses in the admin area (e.g. TT01). It is entirely up to you what you enter as it is not be displayed to the public.
The Confirmation text box is pre-filled but this can edited.
You will then need to select a Start Date for when the course will start along with contact details.
Next, you will need to enter the Class Defaults.
If the course is being created through a Coaching Organisation, you will be able to use the Venue Lookup to find where the course will be taking place. You will not see this option if the course is being created through a Venues account.
Within the Class Defaults, you will be able to add additional information about the venue which the participant will seen once they have completed the booking process.
You will also be able to select the Coaching Team, time, the capacity of the course and the cost. All this information will be applied to the sessions created. However, you can edit sessions individually.
If you want to charge members and non-members different prices, you change 'Member Discount' to 'Yes', where you will be able to enter the price you would like members to pay.
Once you have saved the course, you will need to add the classes. To do this, click the 'Add New Class' button in the right-hand corner.
When you press 'Add New Class', you'll be able to add as many classes as you would like for your course to include. You will be able to edit the date and theme of each class created at this stage. You can always come back later to add more classes if needed.
Once you have saved your classes, you will be able to view them all within the course you have just created.
Participants will be able to book onto your course on your website (https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/YOURACCOUNTNAME/Coaching) as well as search for the course on the LTA Tennis Tuesdays website (https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/tennistuesdays)
